Where do I download all of my invoice history?

This can be achieved by navigating to … http://my.statesolutions.com.au/

From here, you can login and see all of your invoice history and download them as need be.


How do I cancel my subscription?

This can be achieved by navigating to … http://my.statesolutions.com.au/

From here, you can cancel your subscription at anytime.


Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

Yes, but we’ll need to do it for you.

Any remaining time left on your periodic subscription will be pro-rated to the cost of the new subscription level.


Do I get a refund when I cancel my subscription mid way through a billing period?

No, the subscription will be valid for the remainder of your billing period and will cease prior to the next scheduled payment. This includes subscriptions are are valid for both monthly and annual billing periods.

Further to that, the trial subscription is in place to give you the ability to shake out your use case well before you commit to a paid subscription.

We will offer a refund in cases where we find our API’s are at fault and do not behave according to what is described in our documentation. However, please note, this determination will be at the discretion of State Solutions.

It should be known that we are very reasonable and will be fair in all determinations when a refund is requested.


What can do I do if my subscription key is compromised?

Contact us and we can update it for you. The new key will be sent to the email address that your subscription was originally setup with.

If that is a problem, supporting evidence for the request will need to be provided to ensure that the person requesting the new key is permitted to do so.


Where is the backend hosted?

At present, there is a single backend scaled to accommodate a large amount of calling applications. All servers are hosted in Microsoft’s Azure cloud in the East US region.
